Wounded warriors and their families can get $30,000 to $50,000 discount on new homes in Glendale.
SANTA ANA, CA - Operation Homefront announced that Biltmore Homes of Arizona has become the first home builder to make a commitment to deep discounts and other iincentives to help wounded warriors purchase a home. Biltmore Homes is offering discounts of $30,000 to $50,000 off retail pricing on any current spec home in its Westglen Villas project in Glendale, a suburb of Phoenix. The commitment is in response to Operation Homefront's call to home builders and lenders to help place wounded warriors into permanent housing.
Chris Ellis, owner and president of Biltmore Homes stated, "Biltmore Homes is honored to be a part of the Operation Homefront, Wounded Warrior Housing program. We look forward to the rest of our homebuilding community joining us and taking part in this important initiative."
Biltmore Homes' Westglen Villas is a gated community with amenity buildings and community pool. The 1-and 2-story detached single family homes range from 1,344 to 2,329 square feet and are located in the heart of Glendale just minutes from Westgate, Cardinals Stadium and Coyotes Arena. Larger homes with more upgrades on premium lots will receive the largest discounts, and the discounts may be taken off the price or used toward closing costs.
